Happy Monday favorite internet friends! Two of my good friends from work have delivered baby girls over the past month!! So exciting, right?!?! One of these cuties was born three weeks ago and one of them was born on Saturday!! Oh I how I love babies! I also have a good friend who is due any day with a boy AND my sister-in-law is going to give me a nephew this month!! In honor of them, I thought it would be fun to share a list of 10 of my favorite UNISEX products that I literally HAVE NOT stopped using since Brody was born up until now! Hopefully it’s inspirational for all you preggo mamas-to-be and new moms out there!

I Adore What I Love Blog // 10 FAVORITE MOM PRODUCTS I HAVEN'T STOPPED USING FROM INFANT TO TODDLER // www.iadorewhatilove.com #iadorewhatilove1. Keekaroo Peanut Changing Table: This is at the top of my list! It’s literally my #1 product to tell expecting friends to buy. Accidents happen, especially on the changing table and the fact that you don’t have to worry about changing {and washing} a diaper pad is absolutely genius! Plus, it comes in all different colors, is sleek, and modern looking, too! BEST PURCHASE!

2. Facebook Secret Group: So many people I know use PhotoStream as their way to send family and close friends adorable pics of their baby! But we went an alternative route and created a secret Facebook group instead! It doesn’t take up ANY data space on your phone {a huge plus!!} and everyone has Facebook these days {even our grandparents} so it’s just easy :) We can invite anyone we want to the group and add photos or videos as we please, and then the “likes” and comments start rolling in from our fam and friends who can see our posts! I LOVE looking back at everything that we’ve posted throughout B’s life. It’s so fun

3. Boudreaux’s Paste Maximum Strength Diaper Rash Ointment: This stuff is MAGIC. Pure magic!! I was recommended to start using it by our night nurse during Brody’s first few days of life and it’s another product that I tell EVERYONE about!! Boudreaux’s makes a few different diaper rash creams but just remember to buy the RED one. I began putting it on Brody after every poop and continue to do the same thing to this day. Everyone who uses it agrees with me – MAGIC!

4. DK Board Books Peekaboo Series: These are Brody’s favorite books! We have them all! As a baby, he enjoyed listening to Mommy or Daddy read them to him and later, he started turning the pages and touching the different textures on each page. Now, we still read them to him every night but he’ll also sit and looks at all the pictures by himself during the day. They’re great!

5. Boon Lawn Drying Rack: This is so simple, yet incredibly smart. It’s totally worth the countertop real-estate: promise. From bottles to sippy cups to all the dishes and silverware a baby uses, this drying rack is perfect for everything!

6. HoMedics myBaby SoundSpa Sound MachineAs a former first grade teacher, one of my student’s brought me this as a baby gift last year. His mom later told me that she couldn’t have lived without it when her kids were little and that it’s her favorite baby gift to give. Well, I don’t blame her! Brody has been sleeping in his crib since his first night at home and we used it then and we still use it now. There are a ton of different settings but B favors the ocean sound. Whenever we travel, it’s easy to bring along too! I literally never turn this thing off.

7. Freshly Picked Moccs: Not something any baby needs, but as a mom, I will tell you that Freshly Picked moccs are not only UHdorableee but also, they stay on!!! B has a whole closet of shoes but these are literally the only ones that fit well on his feet and don’t come off! A few weeks ago, he was fitted for shoes to help aid him into walking but prior, he wore these moccs everyday! So to me, they are TOTALLY worth the money.

8. CeraVe Baby Wash and Shampoo: Originally, we used the same body wash that the hospital I delivered at used and recommended, but Brody developed a bad rash on his face right when we got home. I wasn’t sure what it was from but when we switched to CeraVe and the rash went away ASAP, the reason was very clear. It was then that I realized how delicate a baby‘s skin is and I did a lot of research on the best baby body wash on the market. CereVe literally had ZERO negative reviews on every website I checked out. I bought it on Amazon and have yet to look back.

9. Gund Peek-a-Boo Teddy Bear: This peek-a-boo bear has lit up Brody’s face from the second he got home from the hospital to this day at 15 months old. HE.IS.OBSESSED. He is so obsessed that it tends to be apart of the gifts I get my new mom friends because I know it will put a smile on their babe’s faces too. Also, I swear it taught Brody how to play peek-a-boo with us at a very young age!

10. Pottery Barn Kids Anywhere Chair: So this one my boy did not have until he was about 10-months-old when my parent’s gifted it to him for the holidays but I WISH he had it since birth! It is such a perfect chair and Brody just adores sitting on it… and now, climbing on it NONSTOP! It’s also the perfect place to take monthly photos of your baby and FYI – the cover is machine washable, too!

Oh my…so many babies everywhere! The idea of a FB secret group is genius! We don’t have kids yet, but my husband and I have both agreed that we don’t want to share too much of our kids on social media, so that group is such a brilliant idea!

  16. Katie Karambelas says:

I’ve posted lists like this in the past and that boon drying rack was definitely on one! I really like the idea of the private Facebook group. I’ve used shutterfly albums in the past and I like that only because it retains the quality of the photos since Facebook tends to ruin photo quality if you ever decide to download and print the images. But it may be worth it for me to do a fbook group too!

    • Dana Ivy says:

I didn’t know that Shutterfly had an online group where you can share pics with friends and fam on the go! So interesting!! I literally post 15 times a day to our secret facebook page! Ha! But at least I know everyone who wants to stay updated with Brody gets to do just that!! Thanks for stopping by the blog! Hope you’ll be back!! Xox

      • Katie Karambelas says:

Yeah you can make a specific “page” and put different albums in it and share with friends and fam and they can sign up to be emailed every time you post new ones! :)

  17. Carina Vardie says:

I don’t have any babies, but these seem nice and I think the private Facebook group is an awesome idea!
