Oh hey you guys! Did you all have a wonderful Father’s Day? We were busy busy busyyyy this weekend, from attending a 2nd-year-old birthday party for one of B’s friends on Saturday to dinner out with another couple after the party to celebrating my amazing baby daddy all day yesterday!! It was great and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute!! The only thing is that I feel like I didn’t promote Friday’s Weekly Wins from last week because we were THAT busy and while I instagrammed all weekend long, I actually didn’t touch my computer once – SO, if you missed my wins – don’t walk, RUN to go read them right after you finish this post!! I promise they won’t disappoint! Now onto today’s topic…

I Adore What I Love Blog // OUR FAVORITE BEDTIME BOOK BOOKS // www.iadorewhatilove.com #iadorewhatilove

Do you have a bedtime routine with your littles? We definitely do! After we put Brody’s pajamas on, and then his sleep sack, we brush his teeth and then read a bunch of books together! Our favorites are his board books and we have a ton that we are BIG fans of to the point that I’ve literally read some of these bedtime books to Brody since the day he was born. I can actually recite most of the words out loud for pretty much all of these without even really reading the books these days. I’m sure most of you mama’s can relate to that!!

Anywayyyyys, Brody LOVES books {and turning the pages!} so we try to buy a few new bedtime books every so often to switch it up. Over time, we definitely have developed a few favorites!! Not only are many of these board books classics, but they are ALL such sweet stories and perfect for bedtime. Even more, they have substance, colorful illustrations, and I’m telling you, the stories never get old to me!! And if they aren’t getting old to me, I doubt they’re getting old to the Brodster either!

I could sit here and summarize each of these titles that I’m featuring in this post but I know myself all too well and there’s no doubt that I would write way too much and probably even give away the entire story line! Sooooo, if you click on the book titles below of our family’s favorites, you’ll be taken to Amazon where you can read a summary and make a purchase via the website. Also, if you have Amazon Prime, you can order today and you’ll be reading these gems to your infant{s} and/or toddler{s} in only two quick days! YES!

I use to love The Bernstein Bears, so I’m sure I’ll be reading those to my future little ones, as well as these! I’m glad you enjoyed your weekend celebrating the hubs. Sometimes, we have to disconnect, it’s the only way we can really enjoy living in the moment! I hope you’re having a great start to your week so far, beauty, and thanks so much for sharing!

Books are part of our bedtime routine too! :) We used to have 3 books we rotated through that were great nighttime ones (story ends all snuggled up in bed) but he got a special book from a relative that he’s always requesting instead. Every naptime and bed time he wants that book, ha! I’m surprised he’s not bored of it yet, I know I am!
