Not All Sparkling Drinks Are Created Equal

November 21, 2013 in I Adore What I Love

I’m on a kick lately to talk drinks. My favorite Starbucks drink, my favorite juice drink, and now, I’m here talking about my favorite sparkling drink.  Ahh apparently I just can’t help myself.
Have you heard of  Sparkling ICE yet?

I Adore What I Click @

If not, you should probably get out more!  It’s actually been popping out all over the place- on billboards, on television commercials, and at the forefront of most grocery store shelves in your area.

It’s always been my belief that just because something is being advertised doesn’t mean that it’s a good product.  The advertising for Sparkling ICE though?  Totally warranted.  Not only does it provide me with that carbonation fix that I only started craving since my man came into my life (never did I ever drink pop – or soda as my husband and his fellow east coasters like to call it – but he’s obsessed with it so naturally, I started sipping on it too), but it is also refreshing and just tastes damn good!  Not to mention that there are a whole array of 0 calorie flavors that  leave me feeling guilt free and even, dare I say it, healthy :)

I truly enjoy it more than pop, flavored waters, and other carbonated beverages like LaCroix or Perrier. Actually, I will even go as so far to say that it’s wayyy better than each of these drinks combined.  It’s available in 9 fruity flavors, including Coconut Pineapple, Lemon Lime, Kiwi Strawberry, Orange Mango, Pomegranate Blueberry, Pink Grapefruit, Black Raspberry, Crisp Apple and Peach Nectarine.

My favorites? Pink Grapefruit and Kiwi Strawberry – the best!!

And though I haven’t tried it yet but am extremely eager to, the creators behind Sparkling ICE just come out with a whole new crop of flavors in the form of sparkling lemonades – there’s Classic Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade and Lemonade with Tea.  Can’t wait to get my hands on one of these bottles as soon as I spot them in the stores!  All the variations are loaded with the same goodness inside, including naturally flavored sparkling mountain spring water, vitamins, antioxidants and natural fruit juices.  See it is healthy?

One more thing – don’t be fooled by the imitators out there.  I walked into a Target the other day and was super thirsty so I picked up their version of the sparkling stuff, with the same flavors and similar packaging. Ummm, what was I thinking?  It was SO bad!! Like, so SO bad!!  I wanted to spit it out!  While they initially had me fooled, now I know better… the original Sparkling ICE is the only way to go!

So if you’re mostly a water drinker but appreciate a little carbonation every once in a while like me, this is the drink for you.  Not only will it quench your thirst but it will also energize you and leave you feeling goooood.

I typically stick to water, but every now and again I want something else. Maybe I need to try it…
