First and foremost, who knew this was the month that my son would start trotting around town walking like it’s his job??! I sure didn’t! Also, we started May with some rainy and cold weather and thankfully, that’s long gone and we now can enjoy the GORGEOUS, perfect, sunny warmth of spring {which has actually been feeling like summer lately}. Besides for the walking and the weather, we ate LOTS of sweets {maybe too many?!?}, only made it to Whole Foods once {whaaaaaaat?!? and it wasn’t even documented; was wahh} and Brody even took his first road trip filled with lots of family time. Here we were at Earl’s and it was the first beautiful day we had in a long time. Love taking selfies with my boy!! IMG_2837 These two! By now you know Brody’s friend Jeffrey and it’s because I seriously can’t get enough of these two. Do I say that every time? I think so. But it’s SO true! Jeffrey ate dinner over one night and he’s actually wearing a shirt that Brody has too! Later on we changed Brody into his shirt and they were twins!! It was hilarious, not to mention super cute! I knew I had a package that I hadn’t picked up at our front desk from a few days before so I went to go get it with Brody and the doorman hands me these beautiful flowers too!! Surprise from Isaiah {and according to the card they were from Brody too, but of course}! This definitely made my day!! I am the luckiest and truly don’t take any day with him for granted. To say that I’m obsessed with being a mom to this little one is an absolute understatement! LOVE. The hairdresser was laughing at me because the first time we went to get him a cut, {which was only a few weeks before this time} I was SUPER paranoid that she was going to cut too much and hardly let her cut anything at all. We just wanted a clean up. This time was a whole different story, however!! I told her to go short for the summer and that’s exactly what she did! Pictures of the after below! He needed it!
