CAPRESE SALAD WITH THE MOST DELICIOUS TWIST
This is not your average caprese salad! It's better!
Ingredients
- 3 apples peeled and diced
- 1 lb Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Log I buy the pre-sliced, and then slice them into cubes even more!
- 3 avocados take avocado out of the shell and cube it
- 5 Roma Tomatoes cubed
- 1 big bunch hand ripped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except honey, into a bowl and mix delicately.
- Pour honey over the salad immediately before serving. Add more or less to taste.
- Enjoy!!! Refrigerate the leftovers, if you have any! They will keep for a day.
